In the event that you have accidentally deleted your pictures from a memory card or USB stick, or the card had become damaged, we offer an Image Recovery Service. Bring your card or USB stick instore and we will try to recover them.

If we recover your images, we will copy them to a CD or DVD which then be used in the normal way in a computer or instore kiosk to print your images.

If for any reason the data is unrecoverable, then there is NO charge!
