Postage & Collection Information

We offer free delivery on everything ordered on our website.

Local orders will be delivered direct by us after 2.00pm on weekdays ONLY. Other UK orders will be delivered by Royal Mail.

The estimated production (service) time of the products are stated on the price lists and the estimated Royal Mail delivery time is 3-5 DAYS.

Please ADD the service time onto the delivery time to work out your estimated delivery date.

These times are average and during peak periods may vary slightly. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any delays by Royal Mail. If a week after the estimated delivery date your order has not arrived, then please get on touch by either telephone on 01226 763103, or e-mail us on the address at the bottom of the page.

For courier or special delivery services there will be a charge. Please contact us for details.

For orders which are collected in store, the 10% discount will be applied at the tills when paying for your order.

The above discount will not apply when any other percentage discount offers are running. For example, if there is an offer for 20% off an item, then the instore collection discount will not be applied, the 20% off discount is inclusive of the instore collection discount.
